Evidencia del cuidado en hemorragia post parto con balón de bakri: reporte de casos

Abstract

Of the main negative events evident in the postpartum period, hemorrhages stand out, as they are present between 1 and 5% of all births, in the same way it represents 8% and 20% of maternal deaths in developed countries and in development respectively. This document demonstrates the care applied to patients with postpartum hemorrhage and control with placement of a bakri balloon. The nursing process in the three cases presented presents as a priority the diagnosis: Delay in uterine involution and the second Decrease in cardiac output, so the interventions and activities carried out favor the fulfillment of the proposed results, evidenced with the cessation of uterine bleeding and hemodynamic stabilization of the patients. Due to the above, nursing care in this pathology was 100% successful, corroborated in this document, since in the three cases presented, bleeding stops and surgical interventions such as hysterectomy are prevented.
