Abstract

Introduction: the cardiovascular illnesses are recognized, more and more, as an important problema of health department in many conuntries in development. Objetive: designing a preventive strategy for male nurse of the primary attention of health on cardiovascular illnesses in old men of area of health. Methods: carried out a descriptive study tranversal in old men with factors of risk of arterial hypertention of the municipality of quemado de guines durind the period of january – may 2019. The population studies was constituted for the total of bigger belonging adults to the CMF 48-11 (240), the sample was represented for 25 patient dispensarizadoses with cardiovascular illnesses. Results: they are highlighted the too much 85 years old men (40%), masculino sex (64%), the factors of predominant risk went the stress (64%), followed of the arterial hypertention (40%) and the smokers (36%), evaluated knowledges in the related sample with yhe general aspects, factors of risk, complications, importance of the preventive treatment were evaluated of wrong or unknown in almost the totality of the old men. Conclusion: it thinks about educational preventive strategies that modify positively the knowledge in the bigger adults on the cardiovascular illnesses went an alternative that I designs for professionals of infirmary.
