A 21-year-old patient with spinal cord injury and quadriplegia developed an infected stage IV sacral pressure ulcer during hospitalization. Treatment included broad-spectrum antibiotics, serial surgical debridement, and negative pressure wound therapy (VAC). Favorable clinical evolution was achieved, with infection control, adequate granulation tissue formation, and successful hospital discharge
