Abstract

Introduction: The presence of anxiety in the patients with psychiatric hospitalized disorders is frequent, a this finding that obstructs his satisfactory evolution. The critical and professional thought joined the experience of infirmary does of the Process of Attention a tool of inestimable value in the solution of this symptom. Objetive: To design a plan of taken care standardized for patients with psychiatric disorders that present anxiety. Methods: Study of technological development with boarding cuanticualitativo in the Psychiatric Provincial Hospital, of Clear Villa in the first quarter of 2017. The universe it was constituted by 257 patients joined rooms of short demurrage(stay) who had anxiety during the period of study, seven nurses, who took part in nominal group for the design of the plan with the integration of the taxonomías NANDA, NOC, NIC. To obtain the information there was in use documentary review, retrospective audit and nominal group. Results: all the patients presented anxiety as part of the evolution of his psychiatric disease. There were identified two diagnoses of infirmary NANDA, three results NOC and four interventions NIC. Conclusion: the integration of the taxonomías allowed to design the plan of taken care standardized for patients with psychiatric disorders that presented anxiety during the hospitalization, they declare diagnoses, results and interventions of infirmary that favor the managing of this symptom to take the care up to an of integration and constant conception that allows the follow-up and control of the patients with this suffering.
